Physical Therapy

Ideally, all of the therapy and rehabilitation services I provide are preventative treatments, however, this isn’t an ideal world. Injuries cannot always be prevented. The initial focus of our physical therapy is repairing damaged tissue that’s causing pain. Second, focus on WHY you were injured rather than HOW. This allows our therapy to be long lasting, and preventative of reoccurring injury. The final phase adapts your tissues to new stresses, making you stronger and more functional.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
