Afferent Influence is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with a passion for sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics for our clinic in Naperville. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for sports-related, post-surgical, and general orthopedic patients.

• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercise, and performance-focused rehabilitation.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other providers to optimize recovery.

• Track and document progress in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term health strategies.

• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinic culture focused on growth and patient success.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent).

• Current state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.

• Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills.

• Experience with Workers Comp. encouraged (but not necessary)
