Afferent Influence is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with a passion for sports medicine and outpatient orthopedics for our clinic in Naperville. The ideal candidate enjoys working with motivated patients, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors, and thrives in a setting that values both clinical excellence and patient relationships.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercise, and performance-focused rehabilitation.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and other providers to optimize recovery.

• Educate patients on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and long-term health strategies.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree (or equivalent).

• Current IL state license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.

• Excellent communication and patient-engagement skills.
