Policies

We want to make sure that you get the most out of your classes and have outlined some policies below:

Group Classes

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time to check in and prepare for class.

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the class. This is for your safety and to avoid disrupting others.

• Please place belongings in a locker.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 12 hours to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a $20 fee.

• If a client no-shows more than two times they may lose the ability to book future classes.
