What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low-impact exercise focused on strengthening muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Is Pilates ok for someone with previous injuries or back pain?

Pilates is often recommended by Chiropractors and Physical Therapists as a safe and effective way to support recovery and strengthen the body. Please let your instructor know about any injuries so they can modify exercises accordingly.

We also have a Chiropractic Physician and Athletic Trainer on staff to answer any specific injury questions you may have.

What should I wear to a class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, form fitting clothing that allows for full range of motion.

Do you require a membership?

We do not require a membership for you to take any of our classes.

How large are your class sizes?

We have three reformers in our studio to allow for more personalized attention from the instructor. We also offer private sessions with our instructors if you want to move at your own pace, receive additional support, or focus on specific techniques.

Can you tell me more about your facility?

We are located at 524 W. 5th Avenue in Naperville (right behind Naperville North). Our goal is to help individuals improve mobility, build strength, and enhance overall quality of life—while reducing the risk of re-injury—through expert care delivered by highly qualified physicians, coaches, and instructors.
